How your photos and video reach you, what’s in the folder, and how to get a property ready for the shoot.
How you receive your files
- A Dropbox link, by email. I send it to you, and copy your agency office.
- Photos within 48 hours of the shoot. Video within 72 hours.
- Agencies on a retainer receive the files on delivery. Other clients receive the link once payment is received.
- Links stay active for 30 days. After that, ask me and I’ll send the files again.
What’s included
- Web size photos, ready to upload to Property24, Private Property and your agency site.
- Print size photos for brochures, boards and window displays.
- Branded and unbranded video, when video is booked. Branded carries your logo and contact details.
- One ZIP with everything, so you can download it all in one go.
Before the shoot: seller prep
Please share this with the seller or occupant. Ten minutes of preparation makes a visible difference.
- Lights on in every room, including lamps and outside lights. Curtains and blinds open.
- Clutter away. Clear kitchen counters, bathroom surfaces, fridge doors and coffee tables.
- Beds made and towels straightened.
- Cars out of the driveway and off the front of the property.
- Pets secured, and their bowls, beds and toys out of sight.
- Pool clean and the cover off. Garden hoses and bins out of view.
- Gate access arranged, with someone available on the phone if I need to get in.
Common questions
How do I book a shoot?
Request an open day on the booking page. I take one shoot per day and need 48 hours’ notice. Your shoot is confirmed once you get my confirmation email.
Can I book by WhatsApp or email?
No. Messages don’t hold a date, because informal bookings led to double bookings. For a genuine same-day emergency, WhatsApp me. Emergency shoots are at my discretion.
Do you include aerial coverage?
Aerial coverage is included where airspace and the homeowner allow. Some estates, reserves and areas near the airfield are restricted, so I’ll confirm what’s possible when I confirm the booking.
Where do you work, and is there a travel cost?
I’m based in Hoedspruit and shoot across its estates and the Greater Kruger private reserves. Travel within Hoedspruit and the immediate surrounds is included. For anything further, mention the location when you book and I’ll confirm any travel cost upfront.
What does a shoot cost?
Photography starts at R1 000 and video at R2 000, depending on the number of bedrooms. Rental listings are 20% off. See pricing for the full list. Retainer and volume rates are available for agencies.
