How a shoot works
Request your date online
Choose an open day at ruanphoto.com/book, at least 48 hours ahead. One shoot per day, confirmed by me.
Share the property details
Address, gate access, your agency reference and the services you need. I’ll arrive fully prepared.
I arrive, you relax
I handle staging angles, lighting and timing. A full property typically takes 1–2 hours on-site.
Photos in 48 hours
A Dropbox link by email, with web and print sizes in one ZIP. Video follows within 72 hours.

Booking policy
WhatsApp and email don’t hold a date. I take one property shoot per day, with 48 hours’ notice. Your shoot is confirmed when you get my confirmation email. Weekends by arrangement.
For a genuine same-day emergency, WhatsApp me. Emergency shoots are at my discretion and can’t be guaranteed.
